Try an Asian grocery store. They often have a whole fake meat section next to frozen fish in particular and frozen meat in general. You could also press (to drain) and freez

This sounds so flavorful - would I find vegetarian mock smoked duck at an Asian grocer, or a health store? I'm not familiar with that, but would love to try it - thank you!
