I made this with avocado and oats. It was awesome! I just picked up another crate of apples since they're so abundant on our lawn right now. Ready to make it again! Thank you for the share:)

YAY! Lefse is something I grew up on! On a whim I did a search for a recipe and came across this one. It looks easy enough, just need to get one thing on the list of ingredients. Definitely going to try it! :D Thank you for sharing!

Wusthof knives eh. the best, I should have bought stock in the company I must have about 24 styles. To keep mine razor sharp I use the ACCUSHARP Knife and Tool Sharpener. Available at Ace and most other hardware stores (about $7.99). Look for the one with the blue handle. The sharpening blades can be turned around and you have new sharpening edges. When my 6" blade even hestiates on a tomato skin out comes the sharpener. Easy to use.. ALL-Clad, oh yea, you did well. Love my cast iron round flat pan for making my Swedish pancakes on my recipe site. Best, JJ.

This cake was a huge success. I made it for my fiance's 24th birthday. It was actually pretty easy to make, too. @Kiya12 I didn't know what whipped buttercream was either, but I found a really good recipe.

Excellent flavors! :) I did use want to use fresh sage, so I just pulsed it, the sea salt, and peppercorns in my spice grinder, then mixed that with the olive oil and garlic and continued with the recipe as written. We served this with my Sumac Autumn Vegetables and crusty bread and homemade butter. So good! Thank you, Susan.

Love the highchair picture. I have 3 kids and I think all kids look like that when placed in it. They should add that to the instructions when putting one togeather..."Putting apparatice togeather will make messy-faced kids that will require a bath asap". lol Nice recipes btw.

Hey, I have not been on here forever. Sort of got tired of all the picky people whineing about the new recipes I was trying. I love your picture. So funny. I was just getting back to you on the garlic chicken. I will have to try it with pork. That sounds great. It is one recipe that my whole family loves. I am so glad yours enjoys it as well. Take care.

Hey Susan! Happy Easter! :) I wanted to thank you for the review/comment on my egg rolls...I'm so glad you tried them, and that they worked out for you! :) I like to freeze 'em, too, so I can just toss one in to fry while I'm doin' a stir fry or something. I've made them with the teeny tiny shrimp which I added at the end of cooking of the cabbage mixture...and it turned out great...I've never tried chicken. If you do, please lemme know how it turns out! *hugs* to you and your loved ones!
