About me
I'm a stay-at-home Mom of two who is still figuring out how to handle two kids! I love baking and cooking, and as a hobby I like to decorate cakes. I love my bread machine, my wusthof knives, and all-clad pots and pans (I did a real good job registering when I got married!) and am just starting to cook with my Grandma's old cast-iron pans. I'm also love my air-bake cookie sheets, though I think I'm in the minority with that one!

Happy Easter! :) I wanted to thank you for the review/comment on my egg rolls...I'm so glad you tried them, and that they worked out for you! :) I like to freeze 'em, too, so I can just toss one in to fry while I'm doin' a stir fry or something. I've made them with the teeny tiny shrimp which I added at the end of cooking of the cabbage mixture...and it turned out great...I've never tried chicken. If you do, please lemme know how it turns out! *hugs* to you and your loved ones!
