This looks really good. I have a similar recipe but instead of walnuts I add a Tablespoon of mini chocolate chips to the top. Just a little goes a long way.

Yes you can make it in layers and frost in between. Just adjust your baking time when baking the smaller layers.

This is excellent. The bread came out moist, sweet, just delicious. Instead of using one regular-sized loaf pan, I used three smaller loaf pans. This would make a great pre
