About me
I am a stay at home mom after 15 years in a corporate office. I started a daycare out of my home to be with my 7 yr old daughter. I love to cook great food and am thrilled when the family likes something new I have cooked. One of my kidos is a 2 year old picky eater. She hates all fruits and veggies so trying to find ways to incorp those in her meals is difficult. Hoping I can find some fun foods for the kids and wonderful dinners for the family. We have an exchange student from Thailand that lives with us so making her "home" food is a thrill for her.

I am looking for a recipe that a Thai girl made for me. It was a candied cover peanut in which she said she used raw peanuts and boiled with sugar. She added instant coffe and malt o meal to it and they turned out with a hard coating and tasted outstanding! I tried a million times to mimic her verbal instructions but no luck! Anyone have the recipe? I am dying to learn how to make this yummy treat!
