After a long day at work I love to come home and create something delicious for supper. Usually it's a quick fix. I save the time consuming recipes for the weekends or my day off. I have so many good taste-testers in my kitchen.... my daughters, my boyfriend and my friends.

I think you would. It doubles easily too for a larger crowd. My brother-in-law who doesn't like asparagus very much liked this casserole a lot! I hope you get to try it.. T
