I grind a lot of other stuff and turn it to flour,etc
If the ingredients on your package says green tea leaves..
I know other parts of the plants can be used...Can you look on your package when you have time.... I just hate to buy something that I already have and love green tea .. I have made the ice cream at a friends once and loved it..

I bought my matcha from culinaryteas.com However, if you have a Trader Joes near by, I'm thinking you could try their new matcha latte powder. Might want to cut back a little
