Glad you enjoyed the whole wheat nutty pancakes - I really like them best just "naked", too...they have a nice natural sweet taste without any additions. My 4yr old granddaughter loves them! I like the fact that I can make a double batch and freeze them - they reheat very nicely in the toaster.
