If you use a recipe that isn't your own, you should say where it's from and if you have tried it..I've had recipes that I have had so long I have no idea where they came from so you just say that. or if you have a family recipe just say that... It's nice to know the source.. but we like knowing if you've tried it..

Only the written instruction etc., can be copyrighted. So any recipe you find and use is yours. Name it what you wish and write your own instructiuons. Change any ingredient you wish to make it what you want.
