About me
Retired from my catering business and being a guest "chef" at nearby restaurants. I stilll give cooking classes from time to time, as the need arises. My favorite cuisines are French and Oriental, but I enjoy most everything if it's well prepared.

I agree with Berry, I would love it if you added photos! It is lots of fun to cook and then walk around taking photos to yo
