    A very, very nice touch. This should keep the lads out of the pool hall for an hour or two. Great prep work here. You may have better luck using parchment paper or baking paper (not wax paper). Okay so the rice paper is authentic but maybe the rice paper we get now ain't the rice paper they were using 100 years ago. A great 5 post. Thanks

    Printed this a few weeks back and finally had the chance to make them. Only did a half recipe as it was a snack for me and the wife.

    My rice paper disintegrated after 4 minutes (thankfully I tested with one). Did the rest for about a minute and they turned out absolutely perfect. Added a very small amount of carrot and green pepper as I had it in the fridge. Forgot to buy lettuce so next time will add that touch. Thanks for this keeper!
