I'm a 44 yr old busy mom (what mom isn't busy?) with two preschoolers, always looking for fast and easy, kid-friendly food. I'm not a great cook, it's a bit of work for me, but I do love food! I also love to read cookbooks and collect recipes. One of my fondest dreams is to have a personal chef. :)

Happy Mother's Day! That's cool that Chloe looks like Bill. Either way, she gets that from you. It's interesting to see how much kids change as they get older, you will notice that with each of them as they grow up. (They will do that faster than you want them to!)

It's really hard to cook fancy with little ones. They are sometimes picky and there's no time. My daughter started liking food when she was ten. Before that I just stuck with healthy and homemade. You will get the time before you know it.

No Fifi for me any more. My hair is too long, it would look ridiculous. If you'd take a look at the pics on my profile you will see what my hair looks like now. It's a bit longer than in the pics with Doug and Kim and their cakes, it hasn't been cut since then and those pics were taken the end of October.
