About me
I have been married for 6 years. We have a 1 1/2 year old daughter, and we're expecting a boy in October. I don't have much energy to cook these days, but I love to try new recipes and put my own spin on things. We're all about comfort foods, My dad was born in Italy so I was raised on pasta and will never stop loving it. I tend to cheat a lot, using instant gravy, clubhouse seasoning, BBQ sauces, and well you get the idea. I have lot's of great recipes to share and look forward to trying some new ones (when I have some energy again) :)

Hi thanks for your comment on Tuna cakes...lol first off. I hate anything hot tuna....this recipe changed me. It is an old weight watcher recipe. Even the kids like it. My girlfriends husband makes them himself when she doesnt cook. Her family really likes them as well..its fast and easy and great with mac and cheese...lol not weight watchers suggesion!! have a wonderful day.
