About me
Living on a boat, my kitchen is smaller than I'd like, but I still enjoy cooking real food every day. I'm mostly veggie, but eat a lot of fish these days too, and am looking for some yummy recipes to cook on my brand new gas Weber bbq. I am determined to be adventurous with that thing! My style of cooking is much more 'home' than 'gourmet' and I love real comfort foods. My most loved kitchen items are the over-sink dish draining cupboard that came with the boat (genius!) and my 1970s Moulinex shredder/grater which is indestructable and super-handy. ...oh, and my husband, who does the washing up. :D
