Some of my in-laws live in Texas and my hubby lived there for a few years before he met me. I have been through a few times when I was a little girl traveling with my parents.

I was disappointed that I didn't have my usual green chili sauce at the store (sold out). With this recipe, I'll most happily make my own. Wonderful post, thank you.

I used the hot variety of Hatch chile's, freshly roasted at HEB this morning. This is exactly like the sauce at Chuy's. Excellent on steak burrito's, stacked chicken enchilla
