Currently lovin' Wild garlic, aduki beans, shiraz, 8 yr old balsamic vinegar from modena, shortbread, mackrel, rocket, pickles with dill, pink lemonade, brown soda bread, wild yam udon noodles, mashed potatoes, broccoli ( green and purple), tomatoes, cabbages,garlic,brie, oatcakes and currently pinenuts pineapples and chocolate!!while listening to the late Karen Dalton..

About me
When i am home I love to cook .Especially with great quality ingredients..and having equally great friends over. I am love natural wild and organic foods.i am not a fan of processed foods, except i do love baked beans when the craving hits .i dont use articficial sweetners, flavourings or MSG in my cooking ..or dried dairy products..it makes life much easier. Dont get me wrong i am not a food snobI i just prefer natural over artificial. I love cookery books..vintage books are fantastic not only to read but are such amazing social documents.I just found this site and cant believe my foodie luck! I love to make things..travel playing music now hope to get better at the concertina,love collecting vintage musical instruments..and playing them.
