Wahchiya, my name is Tracie and I am Eeyou/Nishnawbe from James Bay, Canada! Well what can I say, I love cooking and am a big fan of wild game and traditional Cree foods, like goose, moose, rabbit and fish. But I also love all flavours from all cultures of the world, whether it be East Indian, Thai, Japanese, Cajun, Greek, Italian or Vietnamese...I love it all! :) I am an independent filmmaker currently residing in Edmonton, Alberta, home of the world famous Triple A Grade Alberta Beef! When I'm not entertaining in the kitchen making good ol' fashioned soul food, I love to play guitar and jam with friends...music is soul food too! :P
