About me
I'm married to a wonderful man for almost 30 years. We have Adult son and our beloved 3 yr old Sheltie "Rowdy". We live on a lake in East Texas, 2 hours east of Dallas. I love to cook and experiment with new ideas, though my husband doesn't always like being the "guiena pig"! I love watching the "Food Network" and learning new techniques on cooking and foods. I have a husband that is your basic meat and potato guy (also Type 2 Diabetic) which makes for a cooking challenge at times. Need to learn more about cooking/using herbs , so help is always welcome.
