About me
With no formal training what so ever, I have developed a passion for a variety of cooking styles. When at home, I prefer to cook Asian, Indian, Italian and the occasional classically original American, since I created it in America. Being a football lover, I enjoy testing the limits to the tailgate fair. Often turning Chargers tailgates into a foodie delight, I work to amaze my fellow parking lot rats. Fearless when it comes to trying it, I strive for shock and awe. If you are health conscious, well, I can do that too... but it takes quite an effort.
