About me
I'm 30 and have been married for 2 years to a lovely Jamaican man who cooks very very well. I prefer his cooking and he prefers mine!
I've been cooking for a long time, but not been very adventurous. I like to bake cakes especially 'West Indian fruit cakes'. I bake these in my spare time and sell them to friends and family.
As soon as my new kitchen is fitted then I'll have the space to cook and bake to my hearts content - this may not be for another year as I've already been waiting a few years for a new one!!
