None of my recipes are my own creation. Period. And I make no claims that they are. I can't invent but I love to recreate and/or modify, and I'm happy to share. I will try to give credit if I can remember where I got it from, but here's my disclaimer: I DIDN'T MAKE IT UP! :-) I cook for myself, my hubby, and various friends and family. No kiddos in the house, so I'm free to experiment with funky flavors for now.

Had last minute company last night... whipped this up... It was great.. All liked it and they were Texans! I said it was chili and yep... got the looks! Hats off to Cincinna

I've never had the pleasure of visiting Cincinnati, and this "Skyline Chili" is new to me, but it sounds DELICIOUS - we will be trying this one for sure!
