Thanks for accepting my friend request .We do a lot of outdoor cooking ,using a mixture of firepits with grills and dutch ovens ,a standup wood fired bbq ,or our woodfired pizza oven .Nothing better than the smell of a wood fire ,such as last weekend even though it wasso cold ,we stood around the fire grilling sausages to eat with bread ,coleslaw and ketchup after a long day in the beautiful Aussie bush chasing wild ponies !!

Hi Texas. Yes I made your recipe for Calamari & it was perfect. It was the first time I had cooked Calamari so was a little shaky on how long to cook it at first. But I was so pleased with your recipe & I'll be making it again often. Thanks again.

Picked up 1.5lb of baby squid the other day, which cleans up to about 10 oz of cleaned. squid. Used your recipe tonight and was not able to make it fast enough. Great recipe, thank you for posting it, I am a big fan of your dipping sauce, good stuff.
