About me
Woman from Texas, obviously. I have many rescue dogs (my avatar is Bebe, a one-eyed Pekingese rescue and sweetest dog in the world). I really enjoy making desserts, mostly for others as my own preferences are meat and potatoes! I've lately been collecting interesting baking pans from Nordicware, Wilton, and Kaiser. I think Amazon.com is going to nominate me for customer of the year! My kids - a boy and a girl - are grown, two grandkids, boy and girl. Building a new home in this precarious economy. Might be the most foolish thing I've ever done. Still working full time, no plans to retire anytime soon (see the "precarious economy" line for explanation). Love collecting recipes and cookbooks..

I have amended the recipe to read 1/3 cup. In reality it is up too 1/3 cup. I hope that this helps. Thanks once more for pointing that out.
