About me
I have a rich ethnical backround. I am Sicilian on my fathers side and Russian, Polish and Jewish on my mothers side needless to say I have eaten very well all my life. My italian grandmother started me in the kitchen cooking at the age of 4 and I haven't left since lol. My parents are very daring eaters, they weren't affraid to try anything once and I mean anything. The only rule that they passed along to me was; "Never say that you do not like something until you try it ". Over the years my parents have had me eating delicacies from every corner of the globe. I'm a huge fan of Offal, especially tripe. There are even some insects I have truly enjoyed.
