Hi I am a 61 year old life long foodie, I lived in Lebanon for 12 years from age 1 to 13 and if you don't know about true Lebanese cooking you must try it, since finding good Lebanese food is near impossible i started to cook in college, every weds and Saturday is farmer market for me. I also grow my own herbs and this year in will try my hand at vegetables. I love all cuisines from around the world and due to my business i was lucky enough to travel extensively and my favorite meals where when i was invited to peoples homes. rustic home made is the best. my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati is a mom and pop Lebanese restaurant called Floyds, the owner/chef has become a good friend. it is like eating at someones home.
