    MMmmm so good! Used what I had on hand, some tomato sauce and tomato paste, added some shakey Parmesan cheese and red wine, slow cooked in my cast iron dutch oven. Served over WW egg noodles.

    WOW...this is awesome! I grew up with cream cheese and green olive of my very favorite things EVER! lol Now you've shown me the kicked up version! Can't wait to try.

    You're welcome... I agree, food that's good for you need not taste boring... and the lentil and buckwheat salad is a winner. It's good from the point of view of my diabetes, it's a low GI dish which will help to keep the old blood sugar stable! And it tastes soooo good!

    Just wanted to say thanks for your review on my veggie stock. I too save butts, peels, skins, etc throughout the week for the various stocks I make and keep on hand, along with old produce I have lying around. I usually add peppercorns also. I will try a bit of ginger next week when I make my next batches! A great tip I probably would have never come up with on my own :)
