About me
I don't have a clue what a BLURB is but here goes:
I am 62 years old, I LOVE to bake and most times love to cook (when it's hot and I am sweating......not so much then)! Oh. and let me tell you right now, I can't spell worth" two tinker dams"!
I like Chinese food but I like it MY way. Not fond of onions, they just keep repeating on me, I don't like to have onions repeat on me, I don't mind chocolate icecream repeating but ONIONS ....no! I have mastered Fried rice and Kong Pau Chicken (for my husband, he likes spicy) and War Su Guy (fried chicken pieces in a batter, deep fried)
My husband loves SPICY HOT food and I am always "kicking his food up a notch" for him........when his ears are smoking, then I know I did good!
I often make English food for my husband, he is English and misses home foods sometimes, like: Bubble and Squeek, Toad in a Hole, Scotch Eggs, Sausage Rolls, etc.
