Ok... I'm really just a beginner.... :P I really like cooking and baking a lot as these give me a sense of achievements over every other things I've done. Of course, there are failures though. I'm rather health conscious and I think living healthy is a stepping stone to your future - doing everything with full energy! However, sometimes I do give in to temptations... after all, we are all often surrounded and exposed to really nice but 'sinful' food... that is why my aim is to reach a level where I can create healthy and nice food that makes people change their mindset that healthy means just fruits and vegetables!
