I left this cake out last night in a domed glass cake platter. The bananas browned down and a lot of the liquid came out of the cake. I was brave enough to eat another slice.

Only complaint is it is overly sweet. Almost two cups of sugar and maple syrup going up against one cup of flour. You could probably make it with less sugar without losing any

If this cake is not cooked through, you'd never be able to tell it. There is so much ooey gooey going on even a little undercooked would be good.

Put the bananas and nuts down in the reverse order. Hope that doesn't make a big difference.

Don't know about this one now, man. Everything was looking great with 20 minutes of bake time left to go. At the end of the bake time the center had fallen but looks a nice go
