I learned to cook standing in a chair watching my Grandmother. She taught me the "knack" of knowing when something is done by the smell. Don't ask me how to do it, I can't explain it to you, but I know! I love to cook and am not afraid to attempt anything...Being from the South, my speciality is EVERYTHING that's not good for you!
