About me
I'm a 23 year old Acadian guy from New Brunswick, Canada, who's currently double majoring in Political Science and History and minoring in Japanese at Mount Allison University, in Sackville, New Brunswick. I used to be awful at cooking, but after getting intestinal problems which until further notice are caused by Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I was more or less forced to learn to cook so that I could eat something else than rice and not hurt. My dietary restrictions are rather strict, but as time goes on, my menu diversifies and the food is tasting ever better. Substitutions are awesome, and all you need is a bit of creativity it seems! So, that's my story. Yep.
