About me
At the moment I'm doing research / recipes that fall in the GF or GFCF foods for Sage Medical Labs. There will be more to come in the future as well as a web site with videos on how to prepare, reading labels, and alot of user friendly services. If one recipe helps those who say "there's nothing I can eat", it's all worth the time and effort. Enjoy, The Sage Chef

I can't wait to try some of these recipes. I grow purple sage and green in my garden and I love the taste on just about everything...especially breads. Do you have any recipes with elk?

I'd be happy to accept your recipe buddy invitation. Thank you very much ;-)

Greatly looking forward to swapping recipes! The SCD diet is AMAZING for autism! I have 3 mama friends on it w/their nursing toddlers and they can't say enough about the differences and positive changes in a short amount of time.

I personally have found out that yeast (bakers yeast) is one of my food allergens. After my 6 week diet, I will find out again if it is a trigger to my immune system or not. The Celiac diet has been a helpful hand with Autism, but there is so much more out there than people need to learn who are catering to this diet. The simple things that we take for granted in the cooking field are more just the basic things one needs to change as the home parent doing all the cooking, cleaning and such.

I have never used the Wark GF flour mix as a base for a yeast bread.. My understanding is it is used more for quick breads, pancakes, and cookies.. I have used it to make waffles, pancakes and corn bread.. All of those have come out with the taste and texture of the wheat versions.. if I don't tell people the don't know the difference.. I have other mixes that are used for yeast breads but I have not tried them yet.. I would be glad to post them if you are interested.. Can you use yeast? I have read that the Celiac diet has been helpful with Autism.

Well thank you very much, I am currently writing a book on how diets do help with autism. I would just like to see what else people are doing and try to add a new twist on the foods that can be eaten by those with this disease. Have a wonderful day.

Sounds good.

That's a great idea to put gf biscuit on top. We always use the Namaste mixes since they're completely allergy free (including corn starch). I guess the tricky part for me is
