About me
I am a fourth year apprentice chef from Maitland, New South Wales Australia. I work at a Hotel/Pub bistro so I haven't had the fine dining experience as many other apprentices have had. I mostly like food that is simple yet practical. I am a big fan of Jamie Oliver and his approach to cooking. I am big on presentation especially for desserts. I like dishes that incorporate ingredients/snacks/drinks for example: Oreos, Red Bull, Cheese & Bacon Balls.
