About me
I love to cook and I love to garden. I have a medium sized herb garden that I use all year. All the herbs seed and spread so I have fresh oregano, basil, chives, and rosemary in the spring and summer. I also have a food dehydrator that I use for drying my herbs and my tomatoes and peppers. Overall, I'm big on quick and easy recipes, but I have a fair amount of medium to hard recipes that I make in quantity so I'm not spending tons of time in the kitchen and no time enjoying what I make.
