About me
I'm a 63 year old retired aviation inspector who loves to travel. My wife and I have recently taken trips to England, Scotland, Mexico and the United States. We reside in a small community of about 17,000 people and have a wonderful little bichon frise dog who basically rules the roost. I love to get in the kitchen and make dinner for two or just experiment with different main course recipes. I have a particular interest at the moment in Italian main dishes. Not into making desserts as I have never had any success with them. My last episode with phillo dough pastries was a complete disaster. Looking forward to meeting many new friends here.
