About me
I am a Business and Quality Technology Process consultant. Cooking is my passion and has a been a big part of my life . I lean toward European style cooking techniques. My favorite flavors are definately influenced by my Greek and Southern Grandmothers both allowing me to cook at a young age (also raised in a small family restaurant run by my father and uncle helped). Several times weekly I cook for groups up to 14 persons in my Bed & Breakfast (Fredericksburg-fun.com). This is a good neutral forum for new recipes as I believe recipes are for a starting point as each dish should be a new expression of oneself. I look forward to learning new flavors from people all over the world.
