About me
I was born and raised in the heart of Toronto, a city with nearly limitless diversity, especially if you were willing to look for it. I consider the fact that I was raised there a large part of the reason I love food from each and every culture I’ve tried. Toronto I think has one of the best Asian neighbourhoods in the nation, which helps explain all the Asian influences in my creations. All that being said I have recently fell in love with Cajun style foods. I moved from Toronto to the small town of Peterborough Ontario which despite its size has an amazing array of foods from all cultures. If anyone reading this is passing close by I would recommend stopping for dinner whatever your taste. From Peterborough I have now made my way 4000 km across this great land of ours to end up in Fort Mcmurray Alberta. I have as of yet to find good local food but I will be sure to keep you all posted. I hope you all like my recipes once I get them loaded on. Enjoy and remember keeping it simple is often the best way to make the flavours pop.
