SPENT 18 YEARS IN NEW ORLEANS...NEVER SEEN OR HEARD ABOUT THIS RECIPE FROM THE NATIVES. MY MOTHER WAS A CHEF AND I LEARNED COOKING FROM HER. NOW AM A STAY AT HOME WIFE IN A LOVELY PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN. WILL SURELY TRY THIS RECIPE AND WILL TRAIN MY 24 YEAR OLD MODEL/ACTRESS TWINS AS I'VE BEEN DOING FOR YEARS, IT'S HARDER NOW BECAUSE THEY ARE OFTEN AROUND THE COUNTRY BEING VERY BUSY. THANKYOU FOR A GREAT LOOKING RECIPE. [ not computer literate enough to add picture, however i will learn soon]
