I learned from my father who was amateur gourmet cook. I inherited my great grandmother's kitchen aid mixer so any excuse to use it is always welcomed. I am gluten intolerant so I'm constantly tweaking recipes to work with gluten free flours. I am a writer, artist and dog lover. I currently live in a lovely little town outside Lebanon, TN
