Grilled Butterflied Leg O

I cooked it 2 days ago for my out-of-town guests, and we all loved it! I cooked it on a Green Egg grill. It's just perfect!

No you can't go wrong with lamb. I like the soy sauce and I guess that the sugar provides a glaze.
