About me
Hi all! My picture is of our "Bear" the newest kitty in our menagerie. I live with my newly retired husband of 35 years and 3 cats. We have 1 son who was just married in December 2007 to a very sweet girl. I am of a Hungarian/German background and moved to Canada when I was a little girl of 6. I draw from those cooking traditions as well as many others I love to read and collect cookbooks and tinker with recipes. I also paint (hence the name toleliz) I love to bake and I love to eat which is why I also seem to be on a diet most of the time! I'm curious about all sorts of cuisines and methods of cooking and currently I'm looking at super low temperature roasting.
