I'm currently head chef at a golf course in western PA. I love all ethnicitys of food and am never afraid to try something new... I love to see others view of how a dish should be brought together. Always experimenting with new flavors and combos... Who knew chocolate and shrimp are sooo good together? lol. Seriously, fresh and high quality ingrediants (organic if possible) are a must to produce the best quality results. Treat yourself, you only live once!
