Dabble in the Kitchen when I can. When I come across a lifestyle change, I usually hit it hard and I slowly drift back due to work and/or time constraints. I have gone from the extremes of Raw, Organic Fit for Life to the low carb protein heavy South Beach Diet. To this day I still incorporate these recipes when time permits as each have their value.
