About me
No doubt I love all the "good" stuff that isn't good for me. I'm diabetic, my hubby has had 2 by-pass heart surg. so I "have" to cook in a healthy manner. I love ice cream, could live on it. Have found no sugar added ice cream but most of the sugar substitutes don't agree with me & DO raise my blood sugar. So I do my best to make foods that are good tasting & still are good for us. I love to bake.
