About me
I am a single mom of an 11yr old beautiful daughter - I've been @ the same job 10yrs now. After graduation I worked at a small bakery almost 5yrs, mainly decorated birthday cakes with the old fashion confection sugar & shortening icing. I did decorate a few small 50-75 people wedding cakes, I've taught myself what I know & still enjoy baking when time permits :)
