I am a chiropractor by profession, but a "chef" at heart. I like to experiment with different tastes and recipes. In fact, every time I cook anything, it is an experiment, because I'm not so much into following directions! Sometimes it works for me, and sometimes.... I lean toward all things organic and healthy, but I have a sweet tooth that prefers chocolate-especially organic chocolate!
