About me
I'm a radio journalist with a job that involves quite a bit of overseas travel, and that means I get more than enough bad airline and hotel food, so at home I like to be a bit more creative. I'll admit it, I'm a bit of a Jamie Oliver tragic, although not to the extent of growing my own herbs yet. But his stuff has defiitely inspired me to be a bit creative. I like food which is easy to prepare, nothing too fancy. At the moment I'm in a bit of a seafood phase - swordfish with Italian green sauce, mmmmmmm.
