About me
For those of you keeping up with my family, my daughter is now Catholic...baptized, confirmed, and First Communion. That is a picture of her in her First Communion dress. My journey continues...but it should be before the end of the year. As everyone else here, I love to cook. I enjoy baking for others. I cook very healthy for my family. I love using fresh herbs and veggies from my garden...which is looking great this year! Now I need a use for peach sage, besides fresh salads - it is a beautful herb though. God Bless! ~Dawn

The Cabbage Roll Meatloaf and Spaghetti Squash Patties are at the top of my list to try (being I always have those ingredients on hand). I do have a question though, you have a picture of Eggplant meatballs and after searching high and low on your page I couldnt find the recipe :( . I'd be really interested in making those too!

This is one of those times that I wish I could say I was born in the South because Southern Bells really know how to cook some things to perfection. Alton Brown, on the FoodNetwork site, has one of the best fried chicken recipes also. The recipe does require soaking the chicken in buttermilk over night. . .always a good thing =D. Thank you for sharing your story and I will have to share of few of my own. . .=).

It's no problem. I've been busy lately too. Infact I just finished the college semester from hell the day before yesturday. Yesturday I slept in (well deserved might I add) and today I'm finally getting online to do fun stuff!!! I've yet to try that eggplant recipe believe it or not. I do plan on making it this week since after that I go into summer session :(
