    You can't say the Romans were wrong in their taste of this.

    Keep a bowl full of Flax Seed by my chair..not for cooking..but,sort of like a 'Zen' stress release, when sifted through my fingers.

    Guess you could say this is a delicious,heart friendly,energy muffin,on the go.

    Hi Dawn, I haven't been keeping up with everyone this summer - but - I just happened to catch the pic of your daughter - lovely!!!! I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers as you continue your faith journey. Hope you are having a wonderful summer. It has been cool but pleasant here in Michigan. Still warm enough that the kids are swimming all the time -- they don't mind the cooler temps. I can't believe school is just around the corner. . . Lynne

    It's no problem. I've been busy lately too. Infact I just finished the college semester from hell the day before yesturday. Yesturday I slept in (well deserved might I add) and today I'm finally getting online to do fun stuff!!! I've yet to try that eggplant recipe believe it or not. I do plan on making it this week since after that I go into summer session :(

    Thanks for the invite. All your recipes look great! I think I'll be spending a lot of time on your page! The Cabbage Roll Meatloaf and Spaghetti Squash Patties are at the top of my list to try (being I always have those ingredients on hand). I do have a question though, you have a picture of Eggplant meatballs and after searching high and low on your page I couldnt find the recipe :( . I'd be really interested in making those too!

    Your welcome and thanks for your nice comment - My aunt specialise's in cakes so I will have to get a hold of her for the tips with flowers but I know sometimes she just orders it if she has a big order and has no time to make delicate things.
