About me
I'm taking picutres of food...but not very well. Any tips are greatly appreciated. I just bought a new camera, so I think that helps a lot!! I'm a stay-at-home mom w/ one kiddo who is starting to look too grown up! I've been married for over 1 year now and have never been so happy. God has blessed us! My daughter and I are both on the journey of becoming Catholic. It is awesome! I love this site! I have had so much fun getting to know people and the great tips on gardening too! I like to cook healthy meals for my family and work on slimming down, so most of my recipes call for low-fat items, so if you don't share in watching your caloric intake (you lucky dog), please feel free to add cream, butter and cheese!! Thanks for accepting the invite. I never have used an electric smoker, I built one out of a 55gal. drum that I use alot. I can fit about 100lbs. of ribs on it and if I'm cooking for a larger group I'll use my big smoker(250gal). I might have to trade some recipes and sauces with you in the near future. Hello there Turlak, thank you for the comment on the Lamb Burger recipe. I didn't like lamb much myself until I met my husband (who is Australian) He told me he wouldn't marry me until I started cooking him lamb!!(just kidding) So now we eat lamb once a week and I love it.
