Thanks for being a cooking buddy. Your Mango Beurre Blank Sauce reminded me of the day a few years ago that our kroger store was having "Mango Madness". the mangos were 10 cents each. I bought 20 cases. It took many hours to process, mango chutney, dried mangos,gallons of mango puree. froze well - it all gone now but i will do the beurre blank sauce soon - i bet its a killer on fish
