    This was a huge hit at the Easter gathering. Not a drop was left. My brother-in-law who hates beets was piling it on sandwich rolls after the celery was all gone.
    I made two changes. I didn't have lemons so I used the limes I had on hand. Also I'm very fond of the taste of sesame so I put in a teaspoon of sesame oil in addition to the olive oil. Big hit and I'll be making it again. Picture Added.

    Simple, elegant, not too fussy. Marinade really enhances the flavor of the lamb. I add a little lemon to the marinade.
    I've made this a number of times and the family always loves it.

    The issue is that your photos are probably larger than 1MB in size. We will eventually fix this issue, but in the meantime, can you perhaps resize your photos to be a little smaller? Picassa is a FREE program you can use to do that (and it takes about 30 seconds to resize).
