About me
I love to cook and try new recipes. I had a stroke 3 years ago. I work fulltime and have a husband and 15 yr old daughter that I prepare meals for. Cooking is a challenge for me with the use of only 1 hand. Is there anyone out there who is cooking with a handicap? Sharing culinary techniques with others, especially for simplifying food preparation is something I need help with. I could use simple, flavorful recipes...Making new friends is always nice too.

I am too easily distracted or tempted to throw extra stuff in. Sometimes it works, many times it does not. But it's all about growing and learning and trying, right? Anyway, I'll keep looking for your stuff. One day I will find the ultimate dessert recipe and it will send me on a whole new journey - into the crazy world of baking. It could be one of yours, n'est-ce pas? :)
