Hi there! I'm looking forward to your recipes, too. I am a terrible baker! I try, at least. But it's such a confined art - the chemistry part. I am too easily distracted or tempted to throw extra stuff in. Sometimes it works, many times it does not. But it's all about growing and learning and trying, right? Anyway, I'll keep looking for your stuff. One day I will find the ultimate dessert recipe and it will send me on a whole new journey - into the crazy world of baking.
