About Me
Food loving oil painter in Colorado. I had been a vegetarian for 20 years, and just recently started eating prosciutto, pancetta and bacon. I can't even explain myself so I won't. But mostly I still eat pescatarian/vegetarian/vega
n/ and sometimes even Raw. I stopped eating gluten a year ago, you could not pay me to eat it ever again. I have not been officially diagnosed with Celiac's Disease (can't afford the doctor visit), but have so many symptoms that are now gone since I've made the switch, sometimes you just know. I dream of opening my own Gluten Free Bakery one day. Always reading recipes, reserving every cookbook at the library I can find on natural foods, and reading them in bed till I pass out. I toy with the idea of being a nutritionist, natural foods personal chef, food photographer, bakery/catering business owner. But feel I am still learning so much and could use some official schooling on the subject before I really dive in and find a direction. Group Recipes is my flaunting food creativity outlet. I love when people are really passionate about food, it shows. Thank you everyone for sharing your wonderful recipes! ♥
