About me
I live in Northern Ontario. Making bread on The Big Green Egg, is my favourite thing right now. I have been experimenting with different types of bread, long and short rise, and artisinal breads.

Ahhh! Thank you for the comment on the Up-side Down Apple French Toast! This recipe is absolutely delicious. I so envy you in making bread. I work full-time and go to college so I have little time and I so miss the smell of homemade bread in the kitchen when I was growing up. I usually make time on the holidays to make homemade cinnamon bread and potato bread. Yummy! =D
